What types of entertainment do you offer?

We specialise in roving activations, flashmobs, choreographed dance floor shows, WOW guest welcomes, themed performers, and specialty acts (such as breakdancers, lollipop lyra, acrobatic duos and more). Everything we offer is designed to enhance the atmosphere and create memorable moments for your guests.

How do roving performers work at an event?

Our roving performers greet guests on arrival, mingle and engage throughout the event, and pose for photos to create those all-important Instagrammable moments. Some of our roving experiences also hit the dance floor to keep the energy high.

What type of events do you service?

We regularly work across corporate events, brand activations, gala dinners, weddings, and private celebrations. Each performance is tailored to suit the audience, setting, and objectives of the event.

How far in advance should we book entertainment?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak event seasons. However, we can often accommodate shorter timelines depending on availability, so it’s always worth reaching out.

Can you manage multiple performers or full-scale entertainment packages?

Yes — we can coordinate everything from a single act to a full entertainment lineup, including multiple performers, staged shows, and roving elements. We handle logistics and provide a fully briefed, experienced site manager to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Do you offer entertainment for outdoor events, and what happens in bad weather?

Yes, we regularly perform at outdoor events and can tailor entertainment to suit open-air environments. For safety reasons, some acts cannot perform in high winds, and all acts cannot perform in rain. We recommend having a wet weather backup plan (such as a covered area or indoor alternative). Certain acts may be adapted if needed, and we’ll work closely with you to ensure a smooth contingency plan.

Do performers require breaks during the event?

Performers typically won’t require breaks unless booked for 2 hours or more. For roving entertainment involving closed headpieces or vision/hearing limitations, performers work in 20-minute on/off rotations to ensure safety. This is managed seamlessly so your event flow is never interrupted.

I used Aurora Entertainment at our KYK secret product launch event and it was an absolute HIT! They delivered in every aspect from communications, planning and booking to a very supportive and smooth delivery on the day.

I had three showgirls/dancers to help me with a grand entrance and they even matched our all white theme! I also had a lollipop lyra dancer which attendees were so amazed by and a ballerina performing with our live violinist.
